How long does delivery take?

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail signed for service. Please order before 2pm for same day shipping! Orders will aim to be delivered 2-5 working days after being shipped however please allow 10 working days for the parcel to arrive.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

As soon as you order we will start to process it right away! This means unfortunately that changes may not be applied which includes address changes or cancelling your order. If there are any unwanted items you may return them if they apply to the guidelines in our terms & conditions.

Returns & refunds

You will have a total of 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us if you would like to make a return. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the unwanted goods. Please make a note of your order number within the parcel. Its important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by us!

If a product is received faulty or damaged we can refund or exchange this product for you. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt we can send a returns label and once the return is received, inspected and deemed faulty we can then either exchange or issue a refund for you.

Due to hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. Any goods that have been returned opened will not be refunded, items must be returned with seal intact.
